Entering through the front door, the hallway leads through to the large, well-equipped kitchen with a table large enough to seat at least 6 people. Another door leads through to a small utility area with washing machine and drier. Also on the ground floor is a cosy double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Upstairs is a charming single bedroom and a twin bedroom with basin. The light and airy sitting room has a homely feel with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player and desk. It looks over the square to the front and a neighbour’s leafy garden to the back. The house has broadband Wi-Fi.
